You have the option to purchase pet insurance through Nationwide. Premiums vary based on the species, plan type, and state of residence. All plans have a $250 annual deductible and a generous $7,500 maximum annual benefit. Nationwide Pet Insurance plans include: accidents, behavioral treatments, cancer, dental diseases, hereditary and congenital conditions, illnesses, Rx therapeutic diets and supplements.

Voluntary life and AD&D insurance provides an extra layer of financial security for your family. You can give your loved ones greater peace of mind in the face of unforeseen circumstances.

Ansel is a supplemental health insurance option that helps offset the out-of-pocket cocts for a wide range of conditions. The coverage is on a guaranteed issue basis, is portable at separation of employment and has no pre-existing conditions limitations. This benefit covers 13,000+ conditions which are bundled by severity. . This can be used in lieu of traditional benefits or in tandem with your Cigna medical plan. Benefit amounts are categorized by severity with different benefit amounts for each covered diagnosis.

To help you prepare for the future, we sponsor a 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plan through Voya. The plan is available to all Snoozers. You are eligible to enroll in the plan immediately or whenever you would like!
If you choose to participate in the 401(k) plan, you may contribute a minimum of 1% of your eligible compensation either on a pre-tax or post tax basis up to the IRS limits.
IRS Limits
The projected maximum you can save is $24,500. If you are age 50 or over, the projected limit you can contribute is $32,500 to your account. Money saved through this plan may be invested in a broad array of investment options available under the 401(k) program.
