What you need to know to make your benefit selections for 2024

Ready to explore your benefit options for 2024? Well, you have landed in the right place. This is your one-stop shop for all things open enrollment. We encourage you to explore each section, review the benefits guide, and check out the voluntary benefit offerings before you enroll or make changes to your benefits.

How to enroll, add, change or drop coverage

#1 – Click on the tile below that best describes YOU and your benefit needs

· MANAGER:  You work as a General Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef, AGM or Senior AGM at Snooze.

· BENEFIT ELIGIBLE HOURLY SNOOZER:  You have met the qualifications to enroll in benefits. You have received an email from the Peeps Team regarding your 2024 enrollment. If you don’t know if you are eligible or believe you u missed the email, please connect with the General Manager of your restaurant. The Peeps Team has provided a list of Snoozers who meet the benefit eligibility to each General Manager.

· MOTHERSHIP: You work at the Snooze Mothership.

· VOLUNTARY BENEFITS:  Information on benefits available to ALL SNOOZERS.

#2 – Review the information to determine which benefits are best for you

· Check out the “What Plan is Best For Me” guide to help you determine what medical plan is best for you. 

· Read through the benefits guide to learn about all the options available to you.

· All Snoozers should check out the voluntary benefits page to learn more about supplemental benefit offerings.

· Talk with your loved ones or a trusted advisor on what benefits work best for you.
