If your receipt doesn’t have a barcode, it’s likely that the wrong receipt was provided, or you received a digital receipt instead. No worries though, we’ve got your back. First, check your account history to see if Jacks were automatically added for the transaction:
- Snooze App: Rewards Tab > Program Details > View Account History
- Snooze Website: MySnooze Bennyfits Account Portal Login > Account History Tab.
If you don’t see your Jacks displayed yet, don’t flip your flapjacks just yet. They can take up to 24 hours to appear. And if they’re still missing after that, we’ll be happy to add them to your account. Just contact Snooze Guest Relations via our Contact Us Form and attach your finalized itemized receipt from your visit, or let us know which restaurant you visited, date and time of your visit, and the specific items you ordered. We’ll get you squared away within 24-48 hours.
