We feel you, sometimes the breakfast brain just doesn’t cooperate. If you accidentally redeemed your Jacks for the wrong reward, don’t worry. You’ll have to wait for 2 hours before your Jacks are returned to your MySnooze Bennyfits account and you can redeem them for a different reward. Unfortunately, our Restaurant Managers aren’t able to override this process and refund your Jacks back to your account. But hey, take your time and choose wisely next time – Jacks are precious breakfast gems!
