Forgot to use the Snooze App or didn’t provide your phone number during your last visit? No worries, we’ve got you covered. Just hold onto your receipt and submit a request for Jacks via our app or website within 14 days of your transaction. Here’s how:
Follow these steps to submit a request for Jacks:
- Submit Your Request Through the Snooze App::
- Wake up and log into your MySnooze Bennyfits App.
- Tap on the “Scan Receipt to Earn Jacks” button under the Rewards tab.
- Use your camera to scan the barcode on your receipt or enter the receipt barcode number manually.
- Voila! Your Jacks will be credited to your account
- Submit Your Request Through the Snooze Website::
- Login to the MySnooze Bennyfits Account Portal
- Click on the “Add Missing Visit” tab.
- Enter your receipt barcode number and click “Submit.”
- Your Jacks will be credited to your account in no time.
If you’re still having trouble adding your visit, contact Snooze Guest Relations via our Contact Us form. Be sure to attach your finalized itemized receipt from your visit or let us know the restaurant you visited, date and time of your visit, and the specific items you ordered to help us locate your check. We’ll be sure to get back to you within 24-48 hours.
