Pearl Street Snooze... are you kidding me?!?! Many moons ago when Snooze was a lofty idea and a near pinata of crumpled napkins, the loftiest, could you imagine how cool this would bes, was Snooze Boulder on Pearl Street. That dream of ours will now be a reality, as Snooze is open at 1617 Pearl Street. We are thrilled to bepart of this community: innovative, sustainable, independent and loving life.

What brought you to Snooze?
I began to research Snooze and was so inspired about the passion that one company has about it's food, guests, sustainability, and staff.  I feel blessed each day I walk through the doors of Snooze!

 

Where do you hail from?
I am originally from Chesterland, Ohio.  I love to travel to new and exciting places, but Ohio will always have a special place in my heart.

 

What Pancake best describes you?
The "Grandma's Cookie Pancake"  feels like home!

 It is a decadent pancake with chocolate chips, oats, walnuts, and brown sugar inside a buttermilk batter with vanilla creme and cinnamon butter on the outside.  Who wouldn't like a pancake that reminds you of mom's homemade cookies?!?!

Why Snooze?
I would say that Snooze found me more than I found Snooze. I had just gotten back from a backpacking trip in Europe in late May, 2009, when I saw that Snooze was opening a second location. I applied and was fortunate enough to be part of the fantastic 7CO opening team!


Where are thou from?

I hail from the booming metropolis that is Casper, Wyoming! Where the men are men, and the livestock is skitish.


The Pancake that is me is:
The OG is the pancake that best describes me. Plain as the Eastern Wyoming fields, but buttery and oh so sweet!

-The pancake that best describes me is a Chocolate Chip Pancake with Banana Cream Sauce and Sprinkles on top!


-What lead me to Snooze was the overall ambiance of the restaurant and the fact that Snooze uses fresh local ingredients. Snooze is definitely changing the breakfast game and flipping the restaurant world upside down!
