We enjoyed breakfast here both yesterday and this morning. Each day, the service was good, food delicious, and wait time appropriate for the time of morning 10:30 yesterday and 8:45 today. Yesterday's Eggs Benedict were overcooked and hollandaise sauce unimpressive, but today's menu more than made up for that slip of the griddle. Innovative menu, fresh ingredients, generous portions, lots of seating make this our new go-to place. Wish I could show my omelette photo here, magazine worthy, it both looked good and tasted good

Love getting this drink after have a cocktail or 2 with breakfast/brunch. It's soooo good, you don't even notice the Himalayan salt because it mixes so perfectly. Definitely a good rejuvenator.

Kiera was our server, and she was amazing! She was so attentive and provided excellent service for us. My family and I have visited Snooze a lot, and it's a family-friendly place with very friendly staff. The food and drinks are delicious. I recommend you check it out if you haven't already!

Well we are here visiting family in Castle Rock,and they asked would we like to go for breakfast yes one of my favorite meals so they said they knew a great place well I have to agree I had French toast with a cream cheese in the middle along with eggs and ham the best breakfast I ever had again the food and service was phenomenal.
