At Snooze we celebrate individuality. It’s a message we weave through our entire culture and we pride ourselves on the unique team of Snoozers it has created — from wild hair, tattoos and piercings to diverse cultural backgrounds, inclusive of race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression.
Snooze is a proud ally for those in the fight for equality during Pride Month and every month with a vision of a world where we can celebrate diversity and value all people.
We found our sweet spot by embracing different, and it’s had a profound impact on our food, our people, and our communities. We invite you to read on & learn about our partnerships and deeper commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB).
We are so excited to announce our NEW partnership with The Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning (LGBTQ) young people.
Snooze will be donating 100% of sales* from our featured Pride Pancake for the entire month of June to The Trevor Project that will help in their mission to end suicide among LGBTQ+ youth.

This IS Bigger Than Us.
Our Snoozers know it. Our Guests feel it. Our purpose goes far beyond pancakes. We’re driven by a genuine desire to be part of something bigger, proudly making a positive impact in our communities. In fact, all of our Snoozers have committed to upholding our DEIB beliefs by holding themselves accountable to the following actions:
Welcome all perspectives, listen intently and focus on accomplishing a common goal.
Understand others differences, embrace them, and celebrate them.
Never remain silent if someone or something is jeopardizing our commitment to being inclusive to all.
Practice behaviors which demonstrate your commitment to these beliefs.
