Q: WHAT IS SNOOZE BENNYFITS PROGRAM?
Glad you asked! MySnooze Bennyfits is the Snooze A.M. Eatery® rewards program. By becoming a member of our rewards program, you can earn 100 Jacks per $1 dollar spent on qualified purchases Fri.-Sun. Bonus Jacks! You can earn 150 Jacks per $1 dollar spent for qualified purchases Mon-Thur. Redeem Jacks towards rewards for things like free pancake flights, priority seating, swag and more!
Q: HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE PROGRAM?
Download the Snooze app and select “Sign Up” for the best Snoozy experience, but you can also join by creating or updating your account on our website.
Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE PROGRAM?
- Be legal resident of the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Unique phone number and email address
- Are not a Snooze employee
Q: DO I NEED A SMARTPHONE TO PARTICIPATE?
Yes and No. Our Snooze app is the best way to experience MySnooze Bennyfits Rewards. The Snooze App is available on iOS and Android. If you do not have a smartphone, provide your server with the phone number associated with your loyalty account to earn jacks at the restaurant without a mobile device.
Q: WHICH LOCATIONS PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?
While you can earn Jacks and redeem for MySnooze Bennyfits Rewards at nearly all Snooze locations, there are certain Bennyfits that we can only offer at participating locations. Specifically, visits to our Denver International Airport (DIA) location will not be eligible for Jack earning or reward redemption.
Q: WHY DOES IT SAY MY PHONE OR EMAIL IS ALREADY USED WHEN I TRY TO JOIN?
You may have signed up for MySnooze Bennyfits account while placing an order online or your email or phone number may have been used to sign up for MySnooze Bennyfits account previously. Simply reset your password to regain access to the existing account.
Q: CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON SHARE AN ACCOUNT?
No. The MySnooze Bennyfits program only allows one adult to be associated with each account. Rewards within that account cannot be transferred to another account and cannot be shared with family members, friends, or others at this time. In order for another member of your family over the age of 18 to register, you must have a separate account and will need to register with a unique phone number and a unique email address.
Q: I HAVE STARTED TO GET MARKETING EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES AND I DO NOT REMEMBER SIGNING UP FOR THE PROGRAM. WHY IS THAT?
If you have already signed up for an account via our Snooze app or when placing an online ordering, you will be automatically enrolled in MySnooze Bennyfits program to earn and redeem rewards!
If you no longer wish to receive email communications from Snooze an AM Eatery, you can unsubscribe in one of the following ways:
- Snooze App: Snooze App > More > Raver Profile > Manage Communications > Email/SMS Opt Out.
- Email: Click the Unsubscribe link on the bottom of any Snooze an AM Eatery emails.
- SMS: Text STOP to 96209.
Please note that it may take a few days for the changes to be applied.
Q: I FORGOT MY LOGIN INFORMATION; HOW CAN I LOGIN?
If you already have an account for our app or online ordering today, be sure to reset your password to retrieve your account information.

Q: HOW DO I UPDATE MYSNOOZE BENNYFITS PROFILE INFORMATION (CHANGE EMAIL/ PHONE NUMBER, OPT-IN/OUT OF COMMUNICATIONS, FAVORITE LOCATION, ETC.)?
Don’t forget you can manage MySnooze Bennyfits Rewards and Account information by simply logging on to your account via our Snooze App or on our website.
- Snooze App: Tap More > Raver Profile > Change email address/update food allergies and manage communications.
- Online: Visit the MySnooze Bennyfits Account Portal > Click Edit Profile > Change email/address/ phone number and click Submit.
Q: CAN YOU DELETE MY ACCOUNT/DATA?

Q: CAN YOU EXPLAIN MYSNOOZE BENNYFIT’S JACKS AND TIERS?
Jacks are the loyalty currency you earn as a member of MySnooze Bennyfits by making qualified purchases at participating Snooze A.M. Eatery® restaurants. Jacks are used to unlock membership tiers, redeem towards your Snooze favorites and much more! With the Jacks you earn, brunch your way to new membership tiers – which means unlocking access to new and different rewards.
As your Snooze visits and online orders increase, so does your earning potential with bonus Jacks and surprise offers just for you. Upon enrollment, all guests will automatically qualify for the bronze membership tier and receive access to redeem rewards!
- Bronze: 0-7,999 Jacks
- Silver: 8,000-34,999 Jacks
- Gold: 35,000+ Jacks
Q: HOW DO I EARN JACKS?
As you earn Jacks, work will your way up through our tiers from Bronze to Gold, unlocking new rewards to redeem your Jacks for along the way! You’ll have one year from signup date to earn Silver or Gold status. After reaching a tier, you’ll retain its benefits for the remainder of the current year, and the following program year too, based on your anniversary sign up date.
- Earn Jacks Physically – In Restaurant:
- Place your order with our Snoozers.
- Ensure you have logged in or entered your account phone number before paying your check.
- You’re all set! Jacks will populate on your account!
- Earn Jacks Using Your Receipt – After Purchase:
- Place your order with our Snoozers. Be sure to get your receipt.
- On our Snooze app, under the Rewards tab, go to “Need to Add a Missing Visit”
- Using your camera, scan the barcode at the bottom of your receipt or manually enter receipt barcode number.
- Jacks will populate on your account!
- Earn Jacks Online:
- In the Snooze app, simply place your order by navigating to the Order tab.
- Upon placing your order, your Jacks will be automatically added!
PS: When ordering through the Snooze website, be sure to log-in to your account so we can add your Jacks accordingly.
Q: WHAT IS CONSIDERED A QUALIFYING VISIT/ ORDER?
A qualifying visit/order includes food and drinks purchases directly at restaurant or from the Snooze app, website or over the phone. Tips, taxes, fees, catering orders, gift cards and orders placed via third-party delivery platforms do not qualify.
Q: HOW MANY JACKS DO I EARN PER VISIT / Order?
The maximum number of Jacks you can earn for a single qualified purchase is 50,000 Jacks, regardless of the amount of the transaction. All Jack accruals exclude tips, taxes, and fees. You will earn 100 Jacks per $1 dollar spent on qualified purchases Fri.-Sun. Bonus Jacks! You will earn 150 Jacks per $1 dollar spent on qualified purchases during Mon.-Thurs.
Q: CAN I EARN JACKS ON THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY PLATFORMS?
Orders placed via third-party delivery platforms (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats and Postmates) are not eligible to earn Jacks. You can order for delivery through the Snooze app or SnoozeEatery.com and automatically earn Jacks for your order!
Q: CAN I EARN JACKS ON MULTIPLE VisitS / OrderS PER DAY?
Of course! Members can earn jacks for up to three transactions per day! Multiple menu items ordered together will count as one visit/order.
Q: DO I EARN JACKS FOR PURCHASING GIFT CARDS?
Unfortunately, you will not earn Jacks when purchasing Snooze A.M. Eatery® gift cards; however, you can earn Jacks by making a qualified visit/order with Snooze A.M. Eatery® gift cards.
Q: I FORGOT TO ENTER MY PHONE NUMBER OR SIGN IN TO RECEIVE JACKS FOR MY ORDER/VISIT. WHAT DO I DO?
Don’t worry! If you forgot to use the Snooze App or scan QR code for your last visit/order, keep your receipt handy and submit a Jacks Request in our Snooze App or online. Scan your receipt barcode within 90 days of your transaction. You must have been MySnooze Bennyfits Member on or before the date of your visit/order.
Follow these steps:
- Sign in your MySnooze Bennyfits App
- Under the Rewards tab, tap on “Need to Add a Missing Visit?”
- Using your camera, scan the QR code at the bottom of your receipt or manually enter receipt barcode number
- Jacks will be credited to your account!

Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MY REWARD STATUS INFORMATION AND TRACK MY PROGRESS?

- Snooze App: Sign In > Rewards > Redeem for Rewards
- Online: Sign In > Use Your Jacks Tab
Q: HOW DO I REDEEM JACKS FOR REWARDS?
Members can redeem MySnooze Bennyfits Rewards when paying their check in restaurant or when logged in placing an online order. Members can only redeem one Reward or Offer per day. Once Jacks are redeemed for a reward, be sure to apply the Reward to a check within 2 hours! Don’t worry, if you don’t use it during that time, the Jacks will go back to your account.
Here’s how it works:
- When either In Restaurant or Online paying your check, ensure you have logged in or entered the phone number associated with your MySnooze Bennyfits account.
- Select the Reward or Offer you want to apply to your check in the payment flow.
- Voila! The Reward will successfully be applied to your check if it is valid.
Q: WHEN DO JACKS OR REWARDS EXPIRE?
For Base Rewards, the number of Jacks needed to redeem each Reward will be listed in the App. Once you unlock a Base Reward it won’t expire, but available rewards are subject to change without notice at any time. Surprise and Delight offers through MySnooze Bennyfits program are unique and expiration dates vary. Please refer to your account for details pertaining to specific Rewards or Offers. Any Jacks you’ve earned will expire after one year of account inactivity. Simply visit or place an online order to earn Jacks or redeem your earned Jacks for a Reward to keep your account active.
Q: IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY REWARDS I CAN HAVE AT ANY GIVEN TIME?
Members can only redeem one Reward or Offer per day, and they cannot be combined with any other offer or coupon. As a MySnooze Bennyfits Rewards member, you are eligible to redeem for Rewards starting with as few as 6,000 Jacks, but you do not have to redeem them right away; you can continue to accumulate more Jacks as you qualify for new membership tiers, unlocking new rewards to use your Jacks towards.
Q: I REDEEMED JACKS FOR THE WRONG REWARD. CAN I GET MY JACKS BACK?
Yes, but be sure to choose wisely. If you select the wrong reward, you will have to wait 2 hours for your Jacks to go back to your MySnooze Bennyfits account before you can redeem them for a different Reward. Our Restaurants Managers are not able override this and refund your Jacks back to your account.
Q: WHEN DO I GET MY BIRTHDAY REWARD?
Happy Birthday! We’d love to celebrate with you in person or at home, so join the breakfast party and enjoy a pancake of your choice on us. Your Free Birthday Pancake Reward will be automatically activated on your account on the first day of your birthday month and may be redeemed once during that month. You will receive an email on the first day of your birthday month reminding you to come in for the breakfast party and enjoy a pancake choice on us. You must sign up at least two months before your birthday to receive your Reward.
Q: HOW DOES THE REFERRAL REWARD WORK?
Members can earn extra bonuses for every snoozy friend they refer using their unique referral code, found in the Invite Friends section under the “More” tab of the Snooze App.
Here’s how it works:
- Send your referral code to all your friends and family! Let’s have everyone join the Snooze fam!
- Let your friends and family know to use the unique referral code upon program enrollment, and after they complete their first visit or online order using their new account, you’ll earn 5,000 bonus Jacks!
Q: I DID NOT GET MY REFERRAL BONUS. WHAT HAPPENED?
Uh oh! Please note that the family or friend your referred must have used your code when signing up and have either placed an order online or visited us in restaurant using their new account when paying their check before receiving your bonus. If you believe these conditions were met and have not received your bonus, Please contact our Guest Relations Team via our Contact Us Form and be sure to provide the e-mail address your family member or friend used to sign up.
Q: HOW DO I EARN A SIGN-UP REWARD?
Sign-up rewards will vary over time. After downloading the Snooze App and signing up, you will receive your Reward within 24 hours if an applicable offer exists at the time of sign-up.
PRIORITY SEATING QUESTIONS
Q: HOW DOES PRIORITY SEATING WORK?
As a perk of joining MySnooze Bennyfits, loyal members can redeem their Jacks towards Priority Seating rewards at visiting participating Snooze locations nearby. Priority Seating must be booked a day before the restaurant opening, the day of desired use. If there is a change in your party size, please contact the restaurant directly at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled seating time. If you can no longer join us on your reserved date, via Snooze App tap the “Cancel Booking” button on your Priority Seating confirmation to initiate the cancellation process.
Here are the steps on how to book Priority Seating:
- Sign in your MySnooze Bennyfits App
- Tap the More tab and then Priority Seating
- Select an available Priority Seating Reward or Offer
- Check availability and select the date and time desired at any restaurant of your choice
- Select “Book Now” to reserve your Reward
- Please be sure to check-in at the host stand upon arrival to confirm your booking

Q: HOW DO I VIEW THE CONFIRMATION DETAILS FOR PRIORITY SEATING I PREVIOUSLY BOOKED?
As a perk of joining MySnooze Bennyfits, loyal members can redeem their Jacks towards Priority Seating rewards at visiting participating Snooze locations nearby.
Here are the steps on how to look for your existing Priority Seating:
- Sign in your MySnooze Bennyfits App
- Tap the More Tab and then Priority Seating

Q: ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS FOR PRIORITY SEATING?
Priority Seating will not be available for redemption during select holidays throughout the year.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE MY PRIORITY SEATING?
If you need to change the date/time of your priority seating or cannot longer join us on your reserved date, please cancel your priority seating reward via the Snooze App by tapping the “Cancel Booking” button on your Priority Seating confirmation. Please note if you cancel your Priority Seating, your Jacks won’t be automatically added back to your account. If you would like to get those Jacks back in your account, please contact our Guest Relations Team via our Contact Us Form in order for us to troubleshoot the issue. We will get back to you within 48 hours.
