PICKUP & DELIVERY HOURS
Monday to Friday, 7am to 2pm. Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 9am. Weekend availability varies by location.
DIETARY OPTIONS
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free friendly choices run through the whole menu, labeled where you order.
COFFEE & JUICE
House-blend coffee boxes, local cold brew, orange juice and lemonade by the gallon. Add them to any order.

How do I place a catering order?
Fastest way is the online catering order page: pick your restaurant, choose packages, set a headcount, then select pickup or delivery at checkout. You can also call your local Snooze for a custom quote and a digital invoice.
How far ahead should I order?
Order as far ahead as you like. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you are in a last-minute scramble, call your local Snooze and they will do their best to make it happen.
Is there a minimum order?
Delivery orders have a $100 minimum. Delivery fees vary by order size and location, and you see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.
How many people does a package feed?
Packages are built for 10 or 20 people, and you can combine them for a bigger crowd. Individual box meals are priced per person if you need to match an exact headcount.
Are there vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes. Vegan pancakes, plant-based chorizo, veggie scrambles and gluten-free friendly pancakes and French toast are all on the catering menu, labeled where you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
More than 24 hours out, log in and update the order yourself. Closer than that, call your Snooze. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead and there is no charge; inside 24 hours a small fee may apply.
Do I need to bring plates and utensils?
No. Plates, napkins and utensils come with every catering order. Tell us what you need and we will make sure you are stocked.
Can we order tax-exempt?
Yes. At the payment screen choose the tax exempt option and add your organization's details. Our catering team verifies it and applies it to your account for future orders too.
