Consiglieri - Adam
Having departed the giant clog to join the ranks of those continually out for a good time and cheap thrills, Adam's role with Snooze is, well, a bit Tom Hagen. Dealing with the business side of life, some technical type stuff, site exploration, coffee exploration, exploration period, any and all things sustainable. Adam also bounced around Guatemala to find Snooze House Blend!
Adam brings over 8 years of project and financial management, along with heaps of much more exciting travel and adventure stories. Feel free to contact Adamregarding any and all of the above.
The Foreman
Scott Bauer: Former Exec Chef of El Rancho and student of culinary arts and evolutionary cuisine. For the first two years, Scott ran held the reins as head chef at the Ballpark. But beginning in August of 2008, Scott's passion and incredibly upbeat demeanor made him a natural fit to take over as the General Manager for the Ballpark location. Always solving problems, always with a smile and a keen sense of know, Scott exemplifies our desire for making all aspects of the restaurant work in harmony. Inquisitive on the Ballpark and it's surroundings, or have a good back country ski tip? Email Scotty.
Mother Hen
Brianna Borin, fresh off one her highly decorated degree (with honors, I think F-14s passed over head) from the prestiguous University of Denver's Hotel & Restaurant program. Lil Bri's incredibel passion for service and immense energy are felt from the moment you greet her. Beginning in 2008, Bri worked as an intern with Snooze, taking the classroom lessons and realizing the real world twist. With tremendous luck and extreme pride, we managed to lure her away from the lucrative hospitality conglomerates and bring yet another incredible member to our growing Snooze team. The next time you walk in the door and see Bri hustling about the premise, dine with ease knowing each and every detail is being looked after for your ultimate experience
The Maestro
Jonathan Waller (aka J-Dub), a man born to sing a Snooze tune, long time colleague and friend of owner Jon Schlegel, Colorado Native and SoCal souled, J-Dub orchestrates our shop at 7th and Colorado. Without further ado:
Duty: Maestro of 700 Colorado Blvd
How'd ya get here? A prayer... a phone call, a yes ya'll, and a U-haul.
Favorite Snooze Item: I think it's safe to say that Snooze's version of the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs with the Tomato Gravy is unlike any I've ever tasted... ever! I've been know to eat it for days at a time and being a self-proclaimed connoisseur, am shocked that it seems to get better with each passing day.
Next trip traveled: South Africa, World Cup 2010 (Snooze Manager Meeting Please?!?).
If you were cartooned into a breakfast item...: Jonny Hollaindaise (the chicken fried steak bandit)
