What brought me to snooze was my experience of great service, ambiance, food, hospitality in addition to a passion for sustainability, community and people.
Where do you hail from?
I hail from St. Joseph, Missouri.
What Snooze Food best describes you?
Favorite pancake- peanut butter cup. As a little girl growing up in the mid west, my dad introduced me to the sweet and savory combination of peanut butter, pancakes (or waffles) and syrup. It's a great childhood memory.
Executive Chef: Damon Keith, aka The Baron of Bacon
Why oh Why:
I wanted to find a job where I could make people happy and have fun doing it. After a series of interviews I was invited to the Snooze HoeDown where I was able to see in detail, the Snooze culture. After spending time with the people of Snooze both at the party and through the interview process, I knew this was the place I wanted to be!
Where o' Where:
I hail from Sioux City, IA. Go Hawks!
The pancake that best describes me is...is there one made of beer and bacon? Yea, that's be me!
Laura Grannan (7co AGM) The Deviled Egg:
What brought me to Snooze?
A short email to John Schlegel and a love for food.. the rest is history. Studying Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales brought me to Denver. Working with the the Great Matt Selby and Josh Wolkon gave me the knowledge and passion for this industry. I'm a lover of food and a lover of people. Spending five years in the kitchen, where a huge part of my heart still lies, I took the love of people, and journeyed to the "FOH."
Snooze feeds my enthusiasm for food, community involvement and doing some good for mother nature. This is home, I can't wait for you to be a guest in our home.
Where I hail from:
Born and raised in Carmel, Indiana.
Pancake that describes me?
The pancake that describes me is anything savory, I’m sweet enough! No seriously I love the savory stuff...do you think they will make a Thai pancake for me?
